Description
In Greek mythology, the three sisters, known as the three fates, were believed to be responsible for one's past, present and future. They include Clotho, who spins the thread of life, Lachesis who weaves the fabric of one's actions and Atropos, who snips the thread at the end of one's life. Sculpted by Shane Clodd in 2003 on a large tree stump in Kew Gardens at the Beaches in Toronto, Canada. Many years later the stump and sculpture was vandalized by fire.
