Description

A flock of endangered species of Trumpeter swans,one banded, return annually to the lakes of Whistler Valley, in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia. The cabins in the background on Alta Lake are the remains of Myrtle Philips' Rainbow Lodge from the early 1900's, well before the international ski resort development of famous Whistler.
