Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

The strangest animal, almost prehistoric looking and yet so commonly undressed at the dinner table during thanksgiving and christmas family gatherings is the broad breasted white turkey. Looking so regal in his god given headress of caruncles, snood, and wattles functioning as intersexual and intrasexual selection while the snood, during courtship engorges with blood, becomes redder and elongates to hang well below the beak. Originating in the Yucatan peninsula some 20 million years ago and first domesticated some 2,000 years ago by the Mayans and their ancient ancestors for food and for their cultural and symbolic significance is the genus Meleagris.
