Trillium, Ontario's official flower is a genus of about fifty flowering plant species in the family Melanthiaceae. Trillium species are native to temperate regions of North America and Asia, with the greatest diversity of species found in the southern Appalachian Mountains in the southeastern United States

About John Bartosik

John Bartosik

Award winning Canadian Photographer John Bartosik, who studied at Toronto's Ryerson photo arts department was a commercial photographer serving corporate, industrial, tourism and institutional clients throughout North America. John's debut as a photographer initiated in Whistler, B.C.with the tourism industry. Surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Coast Mountains, John was inspired to continue his own personal photography, some of which was published in the first of three photo gift books titled Sea to Sky Country.
